Services
HCC
Email Accounts
Adjunct HCC email accounts contain limited space. Avoid allowing
your account to reach “over quota,” thus prohibiting
any future emails from being received. It is important to check
your HCC email at least every couple weeks and delete any irrelevant
emails from all your folders to retain valuable space and so that
you do not miss important notices. If you have trouble accessing
your HCC email account, contact our helpdesk@hcc.mass
or call the helpdesk at 413-552-2075 for assistance.
Banner Access
Your BANNER I.D. number will allow you access to your class lists,
to enter grades, etc. If you experience any difficulty with BANNER
access, please contact your division administrative assistant for
assistance.
