Nurse Session:
The following items will start your student file and should be
submitted after October 1,
but no later than February 1 deadline
- Completed Holyoke Community
College Application with signature
- Official (sealed envelope)
high school transcripts
- Official (sealed envelope)
college transcripts (not necessary for HCC students)
- Unofficial copies of
any transcripts will not be reviewed for transfer credit
