The following students are required by Massachusetts law to provide medical documentation of immunization status to Student Health Services:

1. All full-time students, regardless of age, carrying 12 or more credits, or
2. Any student, regardless of age or number of credits carried, enrolled in one of the following:
• Early Childhood Practicum
• Nursing (RN and LPN programs)

Required vaccinations are: measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus/diphtheria, and hepatitis B. Vaccinations are available to students at low cost.
