Further Adventures in Education:

After HCC I went to UMass and attended the Isenberg School of Management as a marketing major. I took as many classes as I could handle while working a part time job and being an active member of clubs across campus. 

In my final two semesters, I was fortunate enough to meet the most inspiring professor, Mzamo Mangaliso. I attended his class as a student one semester, learning cultural behaviors and customs in business, and the next semester (my last) I was his TA, learning and teaching world leadership. I mention him because he has been the inspiration that directed my goals and I suggest any student reading this to take his courses. HCC had always highlighted the importance of diversity and this Professor gives world lectures about the subject.

Life on the West Coast

In May 2012, I packed a few bags and headed to California to find an internship and see the West Coast. With a lot of hard work and a little serendipity, I found an internship that gave me enough credits to complete my Bachelors Degree! I am now a recent UMass graduate, residing in California and enjoying the food, culture, and of course, the weather!
