Archives

The Holyoke Community College Archives contains photographs, documents and memorabilia related to the college and its faculty and students from its founding in 1946 to the present. 

Memorabilia items:

• Brick from the Holyoke High School which burned in 1968
• Record of dance music to benefit the Scholarship Fund
• Sigma Rho Pin from the former honor society

Hours:
Access to the Archives is available by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please call to make an appointment with Julie Bartlett at 413-552-2373 or email  jbartlett@hcc.edu.

Use Policy:
The Archives is open to the public.  Sign in is required to use materials.

Archival materials do not circulate. 

Copying and scanning is at the discretion of staff and based on condition of the original.  Photographing of materials is allowed.  All copies, scans and photographs are for personal or educational use only.  Permission to publish in print or online must be obtained from the Dean of Library Services.
