Free Smoking Cessation Classes

Holyoke Community College is excited to work with you in your plan to quit smoking! Please join us in a FREE six-week program, Positively Quitting: Enjoy a Smoke Free Life, beginning Thursday, April 12.

The class meets weekly on Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the HCC Kittredge Center, Room 203, and runs until May 17.

The class will help you identify your triggers, motivators to quit smoking and strategies to be successful.
