Getting Started

To receive accommodations and services, you must register with our office. Do this after you've been accepted at HCC, but before scheduling your placement exams. The steps to register are simple!

    Complete a Student Intake Form, and provide it, along with a recent documentation. This information can be mailed, faxed or hand-delivered.

    Contact OSDDS a 413.552.2417 and schedule an intake meeting with one of our staff.

  5. 3

    Meet with a staff person to discuss possible accommodations.

    Exclusively online students who do not have access to our campus may do this via telephone or internet.
