ALANA Men in Motion Mentoring Program

Are you an African American, Latino, Asian and Native American young man looking for academic support with personalized attention? The ALANA Men in Motion Mentoring Program will provide academic support, mentoring, and counseling to you.

About ALANA

ALANA is a support program for young men of color. It provides its participants with personalized attention and support with their academics, financial aid, and academic/career planning. Participants are invited to:

• attend an orientation program to become familiar with the campus and services
• attend weekly one-on-one individual sessions with a mentor, as well as, periodic large group meeting aimed at networking and community building.
• participate in academic, cultural, and career field trips and workshops.

Schedule and Location

M-F 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
The Advising Center is located in Donahue Building, Room 240.

Transportation and Parking

Transportation to the HCC campus is available via PVTA buses. Parking is available in student lots.
