
Are you interested in college but need some support along the way? STRIVE is designed to help you succeed. It provides ongoing academic and personal assistance to students who are first generation to college or low-income or have a documented disability.
STRIVE is a federally funded Student Support Services TRIO program for academically disadvantaged students. STRIVE students receive select academic support services from an array of offerings that include: 
STRIVE operates daily from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and by appointment. It is located in Donahue Building, Room 240.
Transportation to HCC is available via PVTA buses. Parking is available in student lots.

Additionally, all STRIVE students must be first-generation, low-income and/or disabled.
Eligible students will meet with a STRIVE advisor for an interview. Space is limited to 215 students per academic year.
