Digital Sign Policy & Request Form

To assist visitors and communicate important college announcements, Holyoke Community College has installed a digital sign at the college entrance on Homestead Avenue. Following are policies concerning the use of the sign and instructions for submitting a request to post an announcement.

Announcements will be displayed in order of priority:

  • Emergency information
  • Admissions announcements
  • Conferences and public meetings
  • Athletic events and theater or music performances

The following campus-wide events will take priority:

  • Priority registration
  • Orientation
  • Open house
  • Commencement

To ensure your announcement's place in the queue, requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. To submit a request, please complete a Digital Sign Posting Request form and email to communications@hcc.edu.

Please note that the office of Marketing & Communications reserves the right to edit submitted material, determine what is appropriate for posting, and choose when a posting will appear in the announcement rotation.

Finally, please keep our sign beautiful! Posters, flyers, or notices of any kind may not be affixed to the digital sign frame.
