Getting Here

Directions

There are multiple ways to get to the Taber Art Gallery including driving, public transit, and biking.  Use the menus below for more information.


Visitor Parking

  • Proceed to the campus entrance between Frost and Donahue buildings
  • Take the stairs down to the right and enter Donahue building at the north end
  • Proceed to the Library entrance on the right
  • Taber Art Gallery is inside the HCC Library, first door on the left.

Handicap Parking

Designated handicap parking spaces are available in Lots G and H, both of which adjoin to Donahue building.
From the Holyoke Community College entrance on Homestead Ave. Stay to the right and follow Campus Rd. to the northwest side of campus to Lot H or Lot G. 

Lot H

  • Park in designated spaces and enter the southwest entrance to Donahue building on the 2nd floor
  • Follow the hallway to the left to the north end of the building
  • Proceed to the Library entrance on the left.
  • Taber Art Gallery is inside the HCC Library, first door on the left. 

Lot G

  • Park in designated spaces and enter the south entrance to Donahue building on the 1st floor
  • Take the elevator near the parking entrance up to the 2nd floor.
  • Follow the hallway to the right to the north end of the building
  • Proceed to the Library entrance on the left.
  • Taber Art Gallery is inside the HCC Library, first door on the left. 

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) provides bus transportation to HCC from throughout the Pioneer Valley with a stop for HCC conveniently located on Campus Road between Frost and Donahue buildings. 

From the bus stop

  • Proceed to the campus entrance between Frost and Donahue buildings
  • Take the stairs down to the right and enter Donahue building at the north end
  • Proceed to the Library entrance on the right
  • Taber Art Gallery is inside the HCC Library, first door on the left
Or
  • Take the access ramps into Frost
  • Use the elevator, inside and to the right, down to the 2nd floor
  • Exit Frost out to the Upper Courtyard and enter Donahue
  • Proceed to the Library entrance on the right

If biking to HCC, bike racks are located around campus. The City of Holyoke has also partnered with ValleyBike Share, with a bike station located at the HCC Bus Stop. Learn More at ValleyBike.org
