Real Estate Exam Prep
Gain the knowledge you need to successfully pass the licensing exam and start your career in real estate sales. Topics include property rights & ownership, ownership types: condominiums, cooperatives, timeshares, land use - subdivision, contracts & deeds, financing & mortgages, brokerage, appraisal, Fair Housing Laws and consumer protection issues, Massachusetts License Law. Participants must attend all classes in order to meet 40 hours of training required by the state of MA. Books and other materials will be provided for eligible scholarship recipients.
Courses are offered in the evenings during the week in the spring and fall terms. When available, they will be listed online.
